1. How do I order custom t-shirts from you?
- We print custom designs on T-shirts using your art, modifying ours, or using a combination of both. For example, you may want your logo on the front left chest, or a new custom illustration on back for your military command, school, business or special event. Also, you may order long sleeves, hoodies, performance tees, etc. Checkout our Semi-Custom T-shirts for Navy units.
- Call us at 301-475-0437. One of our team members will get back to you ASAP.
We ship the shirts to your U.S. address - including military APO/FPOs!!!
For payment, we take Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, Amex and Discover. We also accept money orders and checks (of course, there will be a hold on the order until the check is processed). Cash payments by walk-in customers is fine, but please never mail cash.
2. What's the minimum order I have to buy for a custom shirt?
The minimum requirement for a custom shirt order is 12—that’s one of the lowest minimums in the industry. We are proud to take care of smaller organizations in the military which simply cannot afford larger orders, so we feel it’s only right to start at 12 for custom tees.
Why don’t most companies offer a lower requirement? Since setting up a custom t-shirt run is a very expensive and time-consuming process, most larger companies push for higher quantity sales. Not us—we haven’t forgotten where we came from!
3. What kind of printing do you do?
We primarily screen-print custom shirts for organizations around the country and military units worldwide on a daily basis. We offer low minimums and competitive prices on high-quality, custom full-color prints on any color shirts. Send your custom t-shirt request to our staff with as much information as possible.
We use four primary methods for printing:
- Spot Color Printing
- Simulated Process Printing
- 4-Color Process Printing
- Sublimation
Spot Color Printing typically has very clean lines and uses few colors. Prints come out bold with this method.
Simulated Process Printing typically uses 4 colors and 2 whites to give the effect of the full spectrum of colors and can be printed on any color shirt. Simulated Process Printing is great for detailed art with many colors and gradients in the image. This is our most popular printing method.
4-Color Process Printing is very similar to Simulated Process Printing, but is really only effective on white apparel. Colors are very sharp and can allow for additional hi-lite or "spot" coloring.
Sublimation Printing is only available for light-colored shirts and is not cost effective for bulk orders. However, it does allow for printing just a few shirts at a time, such as those with a family photo on them as a gift for Grandma. Additionally, we can sublimate on coffee mugs, plaques and other cool products.
We also do vinyl applications for customers. Applying vinyl to apparel works great for sports teams using different numbers and names on their uniforms.
4. Can you make us a custom T-shirt based on one of your existing designs?
YES! We get this question often--we will modify any of our designs to fit your custom needs. In most cases, we will change the text or add logos; In other cases, we will completely re-illustrate a design based on a combination of our art and your own concept. You have probably seen variations of our work out there as a mix of our designs and the customers’, especially for Navy commands, CPOAs, FCPOAs, etc.
We also offer easy to use custom T-shirt templates, specificaly for U.S. Navy units based on our top most frequently requested designs, but with your custom text, various shirt styles and shirt colors. It's a quick affordable way to get a custom T-shirt for your CPOA and FCPOA, and easy to order online. Click here to order using a custom T-shirt template.
5. Can we use your designs at other printers?
NO! Absolutely not! We make a great product at a very fair price AND we are proud of our designs, so we protect them. We go the extra mile to make awesome graphics and these graphics allow us to pay our employees and support various charitable organizations--so we are very strict about protecting the interest we have in our designs. Therefore, we ask that you please honor this as well. We do not steal from other companies and we expect the same from our competitors. We ask our customers to help us by not taking our art to other printers, It's illegal and unethical. Our T-shirt designs are ONLY authorized to be printed by us!
Prices vary based on quantity, style of shirt, colors, etc.

NO! We are known for printing tees for all kinds of businesses, schools, and organizations, so we can handle any request no matter what your T-shirt needs are!”
8. Can you print tees for a design we already have?
